1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of Werkly, a digital SaaS service provided by Microsensus (the "Company"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature and Scope of the Service
Werkly is a digital SaaS service that converts daily work logs into weekly and monthly execution reports.
The service is offered through the following plans:
- Free Plan: Basic work logging, weekly report generation, cloud sync (7 days), simple image upload, basic IndexedDB local storage
- Premium Plan: AI-powered execution insights, automatic image analysis, revenue chart generation, unlimited cloud sync, priority report generation, fast data processing
The Company may add, modify, or change components of the service as needed for technical reasons, and will notify users of significant changes in advance.
3. Premium Subscription and Period
- The Premium Plan is offered as a monthly subscription.
- The subscription period is 30 days (1 month) from the time of payment completion.
- The subscription does not automatically renew unless the user manually makes a new payment.
- Payment methods: Users in Korea can pay via credit card, easy pay (KakaoPay, Naver Pay, Toss Pay, etc.), or mobile payment through PortOne.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must comply with the following when using the service:
- Do not impersonate others or register false information.
- Do not use the service for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe on others' rights.
- Do not engage in activities that disrupt the normal operation of the service (hacking, malware distribution, etc.).
- The user bears full legal responsibility for all content entered in work logs and reports.
If a user violates these provisions, the Company may restrict service use or delete the account.
5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
The Company may temporarily suspend service provision for the following reasons:
- Inevitable technical reasons such as system inspections, security updates, or equipment replacement
- Reasons beyond the Company's control such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures
- System overload due to excessive traffic or service abuse by users
The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of AI-generated report content. Users must review reports before using them.
Cloud sync for the Free Plan is retained for 7 days and may be automatically deleted thereafter.
6. Account Deletion and Termination
- Users may delete their account at any time through the settings menu within the service.
- Upon account deletion, all data (work logs, reports, images, cloud data) will be immediately deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Deleting a Premium account does not entitle the user to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
- The Company may delete an account without prior notice if the user violates these terms or if a legal dispute arises.
7. Subscription Cancellation
- The Premium subscription does not automatically renew.
- If you do not wish to make the next payment, simply do not make a payment before the next billing date.
- Even if you stop using the service during the subscription period, Premium features remain available until the end of the paid period.
8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- Disputes related to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- In the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall be the court of first instance.

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 Microsensus(이하 '회사')가 제공하는 Werkly 서비스(이하 '서비스')의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 성격 및 범위)
Werkly는 업무 일지를 주간 및 월간 실행 보고서로 변환하는 디지털 SaaS 서비스입니다.
- 무료 플랜: 기본 업무 기록, 주간 보고서 생성, 클라우드 동기화(7일), 간편 이미지 업로드, 기본 인덱스DB 로컬 저장
- 프리미엄 플랜: AI 기반 실행 인사이트, 자동 이미지 분석, 매출 차트 생성, 클라우드 무제한 동기화, 우선순위 보고서 생성, 빠른 데이터 처리
제3조 (프리미엄 구독 및 기간)
- 프리미엄 플랜은 월 단위 구독으로 제공됩니다.
- 구독 기간은 결제 완료 시점부터 30일(1개월)입니다.
- 구독은 사용자가 직접 취소하지 않는 한 자동으로 갱신되지 않습니다.
- 결제 수단: 한국 내 사용자는 PortOne을 통해 신용카드, 간편결제(카카오페이, 네이버페이, 토스페이 등), 휴대폰 결제를 이용할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
- 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 등록하지 않습니다.
- 서비스를 불법적 목적이나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 사용하지 않습니다.
- 서비스의 정상적 운영을 방해하는 행위(해킹, 악성코드 유포 등)를 하지 않습니다.
- 업무 일지 및 보고서에 입력하는 모든 콘텐츠의 법적 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
제5조 (서비스의 제한 및 면책)
- 시스템 점검, 보안 업데이트, 장비 교체 등의 불가피한 기술적 사유
- 천재지변, 정전, 통신 장애 등 회사의 통제를 벗어난 사유
- 이용자의 과다한 트래픽 또는 서비스 남용으로 인한 시스템 부하
회사는 AI가 생성한 보고서 내용의 완전성, 정확성, 적시성을 보장하지 않습니다.
무료 플랜의 클라우드 동기화는 7일간 보관되며, 이후 자동 삭제될 수 있습니다.
제6조 (계정 삭제 및 해지)
- 이용자는 언제든지 서비스 내 설정 메뉴를 통해 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 계정 삭제 시 모든 데이터(업무 일지, 보고서, 이미지, 클라우드 데이터)는 즉시 삭제되며, 복구가 불가능합니다.
- 프리미엄 구독 중인 계정을 삭제해도 남은 구독 기간에 대한 환불은 제공되지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반하거나 법적 분쟁이 발생할 경우, 계정을 사전 통지 없이 삭제할 수 있습니다.
제7조 (구독 취소)
- 프리미엄 구독은 사용자가 직접 취소하지 않는 한 자동 갱신되지 않습니다.
- 다음 결제를 원하지 않는 경우, 다음 결제일 전에 결제를 하지 않으면 됩니다.
- 구독 기간 중 서비스 이용을 중단하더라도 이미 결제된 기간까지 프리미엄 기능은 유지됩니다.
제8조 (분쟁 해결 및 관할법원)
- 본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해결합니다.
- 분쟁이 발생할 경우, 회사의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할법원으로 합니다.
