1. Nature of the Service
- Werkly Premium is classified as a digital content and service.
- Upon payment completion, Premium features are immediately activated, including cloud sync, AI reports, and image analysis.
- Due to this nature, refunds may be limited after service access has begun.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will be reviewed only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment occurred
- Payment was made but Premium features were not activated due to a system error
- Premium features were unavailable for more than 24 hours due to a service failure
- Other cases where normal service use was impossible due to the Company's fault
If any of the above applies, please contact sales@msensus.com with your payment receipt.
3. Refund Limitations
Refunds are not possible in the following cases:
- Premium features have already been used (AI report generation, unlimited cloud sync, etc.)
- Simple change of mind by the user
- Data recovery request after account deletion due to user negligence
- Service suspension due to violation of terms
4. Subscription Cancellation and Usage Period
- The Premium subscription does not automatically renew. To avoid the next payment, simply do not make a payment before the next billing date.
- You may continue using Premium features throughout the paid subscription period.
- When the subscription period expires, the account automatically switches to the Free Plan, and data may be deleted after 7 days.
5. Refund Process
- Refund requests are accepted via email at sales@msensus.com.
- We will respond with a review result within 7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-14 business days depending on the payment method.
6. Other
- This refund policy complies with relevant laws (Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, Content Industry Promotion Act, etc.).
- The Company will notify users in advance of any policy changes, and the revised policy will apply 7 days after the notice date.
