1. Personal Information We Collect
The Company collects the following personal information to provide the service:
- Required: email address, password (encrypted storage)
- Optional: company name, job title, profile image
- Automatically collected: access logs, IP address, device information, browser type
- Service usage records: work logs, reports, image files
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
- Member management: identity verification, personal identification, prevention of fraudulent use
- Service provision: work log recording, report generation, cloud sync, image storage and analysis
- Service improvement: user statistics analysis, new service development, personalized service provision
- Notifications and communication: service announcements, customer inquiry responses, security alerts
3. Retention and Disposal
- User personal information is retained during the service usage period.
- Upon account deletion request, all personal information and service usage records are immediately disposed of.
- Information that must be retained by law (e-commerce law, etc.) will be kept for the required period and then disposed of.
- Legal retention periods: contract and withdrawal records (5 years), payment and supply records (5 years), consumer complaint handling records (3 years)
4. Third-Party Disclosure
The Company does not provide personal information to external parties without user consent. Exceptions apply when:
- The user has given prior consent
- Required by law or upon legitimate request from a court or investigative agency
- Providing minimal information (email, payment amount) to PortOne (payment gateway) for essential payment processing
5. Security Measures
- Passwords are securely stored using one-way encryption algorithms such as bcrypt.
- Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) is applied to restrict user-specific data access.
- SSL/TLS encrypted communication is used to maintain security during data transmission.
- The number of personnel with access to personal information is minimized.
6. User Rights
- View personal information: directly check on the My Page
- Correct personal information: directly edit on the My Page
- Delete personal information: delete all data through account deletion
- Users may exercise these rights via email at sales@msensus.com, and the Company will take action within 7 days.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Company may use cookies for service convenience. Users may refuse cookie storage through browser settings, but this may limit the use of some services.

- 관련 법령에 의해 보관이 필요한 경우(전자상거래법 등) 해당 기간 동안 별도 보관 후 파기합니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 다음의 경우에는 예외로 합니다:
- 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
- 법률에 특별한 규정이 있거나, 법원, 수사기관 등의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우
- 서비스 제공에 필수적인 결제 처리를 위해 PortOne(PG사)에 최소한의 정보(이메일, 결제 금액)를 제공하는 경우

- 비밀번호는 bcrypt 등의 단방향 암호화 알고리즘으로 안전하게 저장합니다.
- Supabase Row Level Security(RLS)를 적용하여 사용자별 데이터 접근을 제한합니다.
- SSL/TLS 암호화 통신을 사용하여 데이터 전송 시 보안을 유지합니다.
- 개인정보에 접근할 수 있는 인원을 최소한으로 제한합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리 및 행사 방법

- 개인정보 정정: 마이페이지에서 직접 수정
- 개인정보 삭제: 계정 삭제를 통해 모든 데이터 삭제
- 이용자는 위 권리를 이메일(sales@msensus.com)로 행사할 수 있으며, 회사는 7일 이내에 조치합니다.
7. 쿠키 및 추적 기술
회사는 서비스 이용 편의를 위해 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으며, 이 경우 일부 서비스 이용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
